Squirts, Shirts, and Flirts, The Legend Continues 2 weeks in FW(wrap up #2 new 11-17)

Dan, so glad the air conditioning started working again and you didn't have to leave early. :thumbsup2

I love the picture of you, Candi and Parker.

You can definitely see that Parker is eyeing daddy's dessert.

Happy Mother's Day to Candi.

Boy You with the a/c woes !!!Glad it all worked out well !!Your meals looked great and I too along with Samantha are HUGE Brulee fans !!

Dan

Couple of things - FW at Christmas time is awesome. A lot of the sites have blow up Christmas things and lights. Where we were people had at least 400 things on their site!

Second - yeah for your little princess. I have two sons and my third child was a girl and let me tell you - the shopping for her is way fun! Tell Candi she has lots of princess dresses too.

Third - Tell Candi Happy Mother's Day from me

Fourth - (I don't know why I'm numbering them :rotfl:)

Creme Brulee is my favorite dessert. I got it at every place we went to for dinner in Nov/Dec 2010. Yummy!

Glad the AC thing worked out. It would have been very sad if you were going to have to leave a day early.

Dan - sorry for hijacking your TR but here are some pictures of the sites at FW with the Christmas decorations.

Great picture of your parents! They are a very attractive couple....and the blue of their shirts is very flattering for both of them. Really brings out the color of your moms eyes (methinks you have your mothers eyes)

And typically great pics of the 3 of you also....Parker sure has an expressive face! He's going to be a great big brother

So glad the AC recovered! I'd have been very grumpy too. Looks like a very fun night and I love the ferry/Parker shot. I took the boat this trip and it was so cute to see the kids at the front of the boat bouncing up and down with excitement, shouting "castle, castle!"

:goodvibes

First, I want to say Congratulations on the baby! So exciting! (Boy, are you in for it now! Our little princess is now 13. Her big brother is 15. Pray for us! :rotfl:) It's all been wonderful! Boys, girls, I'll take them all! The biggest change for us was having two small children instead of just the one. Once the parents don't outnumber the kids, the odds are not good for keeping your sanity!

Happy the AC worked and you didn't have to leave a day early.
I like the potstickers and the seaweed on the side - which surprised me.

Happy Mother's Day to Candi (and all the DIS moms
)

AW!!! A baby sister for Parker!! That's so magical!! I'm so happy for you guys!! Hooray hooray hooray!! When is the due date? I only saw it was on the 28th, but I need the month!! lol

GREAT picture of the three of you!! I love how happy you all look!

And I was glad to hear that the monorail was an UNeventful ride this time. :rolleyes1

I knew you'd get those wontons- as soon as I figured out you were at Kona! YOu've mentioned how much you like them before. So, I take it Candi liked her dessert just as much as you liked your appie?

Same think happened to us thinking we might have to leave a day early in 2008. Not because of A/C, but because my parents were just tired of WDW and wanted to leave. Caused some tense moments and grumpy tudes for a while. Nothing is as big a downer.

Glad everything worked out with the a/c!

You all look so happy in your photos from that night, they all turned out great. :thumbsup2

thanks, it was a fun night, nice and relaxing day, and a good meal, and a nice break that we all got to go our seperate ways for a while that day.
I would be happy to that the AC worked! My DH and I like to take rides on the transportation as well! I can ride the monorail all day long. It is also fun to people watch!
us tooo, and we love the monorail we try and take it as much as possible.

I like your Dad's shirt in this update. He's stylin'. :cool2:

I can see why you like that picture of the 3 of you...it's a great one! :thumbsup2 Parker's face is so cute.

So that restaurant was Kona Cafe, I take it?
im guessing you have a shirt like that.

some of his faces are priceless and that is one of them...it was a great pic, thanks.

yep it was kona, sorry i forgot to mention it.

Glad that the A/C was okay

I see where you get your sneaky ways now, like father, like son :rotfl2:

Looks like some good food. Did you eat at Kona or was that Ohanas?
yep we are sneaky sneaky, thats just how we roll.

sorry it was kona, i forgot to put that in the report.

You didn't get stopped at all trying to get in BLT?

Love the view pictures, and glad you took the "long" way home again.:lmao:

Kona is yummy isn't it???
nope, door was wide open...you could go to the main tower and even ride on the elevators if you wanted, not that we did that this trip...but juts sayin.

it was a rather good dinner we really enjoyed it.

Great TR!
:welcome: thanks for reading along.

we were happy it worked as well, at least it lightened up the mood when we left the trailer.

i am def. now a fan of the creme brulee and will be looking for it on future trips.

1. we saw a few on our trip 3 years ago, but didnt, get through the whole campground.
2. well we are already stocking up, we found disney/tink/princess shirts on clearance at meijer for 1.00 so we picked up one of each yesterday.
3. will do, and same to you
4. its okay, it made it easy to respond back with the numbers.

i wish i would have tried it earlier in the trip, but did not, but will for next trip.

thos pictures look great, thanks for sharing them, i know some people really go all out there, and prob have more decorations there than at there own homes.

our family likes to dress in matching clothes for some reason, and there outfits did look good that night.
my eyes are deep blue and are actually brighter than hers...

thanks, he will do great, and i am sure he will make his little sister laugh as much as he makes us laugh.

will get the rest of the responses tomorrow.

i think it is alot of fun to ride it over for your MK day, it just seems like it would take alot longer than the monorail and im not sure i would be that patient to wait on it...i might jump in and swim for it.

that would be cool to see the kids get so excited in the morning like that.

thank you very much.

at least he is older so he can beat up the boys who come ringing the door bell.
:thumbsup2

well at least if we stop at 2 we will have equal numbers against them, if we have another then we have to switch to zone defense...and i dont think that would work for us.

i was suprised as well, i even ended up eating the seaweed on its own when the pot stickers were gone, pretty good flavor it had.

thanks, i will tell her.

a monorail ride without farting kids is always a successful one.

yep she liked it very much.

you should have told them that you would call the cab for them.

just kidding
:rolleyes1

it will end up breaking the one year mark, since we are going on vacation next week and we wont be back till about june.

hope the links at the front help you catch up.

Hey Buddy! Stopped by to try and catch up. Thanks for not posting so much so I didn't have to go back so far. That would have been one night's worth on Glenn or Liesa's TRs!!!

Love the updates and some really great pictures! Like everyone else the picture of you three is fantastic! That is one of my favorite Parker faces!!! :woohoo:

Had my first Creme Brulee on our New Year's trip! Agree....really good stuff!!! :goodvibes

thanks, feel free to pop in more with comments, only one who bits is marv, and he is not around to much.
Oh sure, I'm gone for a few days and you start talking about my bits...... :guilty:
well we had this girl name picked out about 3 years ago, it was in contention for what we would name parker if he were a girl, actually i think it was # 2 on our list for a girl name but a cousin of ours picked the #1 name last year for a girl name so we switched this one into the #1 spot.
:thumbsup2
We never had any problems with catching grief over our baby names! We never had one completely picked out before we got to the hospital..... :lmao: Of course, DW wouldn't go along with Elvis for Drew's middle name so.........

The girls name I had picked out forever we never got to use....... :sad1: You can use it if you like!!!

Delurking to say congratulations about your baby girl!! :goodvibes

Parker is going to be a great big brother!
My big brother is 3 years older than me, and my mom always says that she wanted the boy to be before the girl this way he could protect his little sister. haha.
I'm 13 so I haven't gone on any dates yet, but we always joke that my dad would go to the door with a shotgun ;)
Candi is going to love buying all the girl clothes for her little princess. I was decked out with princess stuff when I was little. My mom always jokes now that she wishes I was little again so this way she could pick my clothes and get all the princess stuff hahaa.
You are definetly going to be wrapped around he little finger, just ask my dad ;)

wow! that little guy grew up QUICK !!!!

:thumbsup2
he sure has, and he is actually really tall for his age, he has shot up past his friends that are a year older than him, so much for trying to get the under 3 discount

well an official welcome :welcome: to you

i always wanted a boy first for that same reason...i know he will be protective of her.

that is the one thing she is most excited about is the princess clothes, she already has found a full set of dresses online that she wants to buy for the her, but i said just put it on her christmas list and im sure that the grandparents will take care of it.

oh i know that is true, i can see myself being wrapped around her finger as she grows up.
:bride:

thanks for delurking and feel free to chim in again.
:thumbsup2

Okay, I thought I was caught up and now I can see I'm not. I've been so far behind - I know I was reading here - maybe yours is the report that I got kicked out of by the DIS. Anyway, I see my question is answered - you are having a GIRL!!!!

How exciting! It will be so fun for Candi to have a princess in the house!princess:
