Squirts, Shirts, and Flirts, The Legend Continues 2 weeks in FW(wrap up #2 new 11-17)

Wow I can't believe the nerve of some people to encourage their kids to act that way and not even feel remorse about the situation.

I love the photopass pic of your son all excited to see the monorail car.

Looking forward to more:goodvibes

Were the teenagers in Club Cool on some kind of trip with camp or school? Or did their parents just turn them loose? :confused3

That was really rude of the mother! Honestly, I don't expect much from teenagers but when parents are just as bad, that really annoys me. Thank goodness for margaritas! ;)

Cute photopass pics!

Oh and I've never seen that bridge up!

So that was one of the best TR updates I've read today....LOL

I'm not sure if I would call it an apple...maybe the NUT doesn't fall far from the tree....:lmao:

I never have understood the draw to Maelstrom either....if it's so popular (and since it's one of the FEW actual rides in WS), why not make it a FP location....boggles the mind!!

I have NEVER-ever, seen that bridge in a VERTICAL position....that is Amazing!!

I don't normally read many TR but yours has my attention! Love it.

Your son reminds me a lot of my DS4. Same blonde hair and blue eyes. Loves trains, cars and boats/water. Maybe it's a boy thing?

And you can tell your wife that my son who is 4 still on occasion likes his mommy to hold him. Definitely not as much as before but it still happens and I love it too!!

I'm still mad about those big kids with no manners. My Mommie monster would have come out too. But the drink did look cool and refreshing.

Very cute photo pass pictures! I haven't watched the video yet cause I'm still at work (shhhh don't tell anyone).

We caught the bridge up in 2002. It took pictures of it and the ball floating past. I thought it was cool too.:thumbsup2 Of course getting stuck late a night when they are putting it back up wasn't as cool.

Parker is so cute! I want to pinch his cheeks too.

I'm shaking my head more at the mother than the teenagers who were lounging all over the stroller. First off, the mother shouldn't have allowed them to do it in the first place. If I saw my child doing that, I'd put a stop to it immediately because it is unacceptable behavior. And if someone were to approach my child doing something inappropriate, I'd be embarrassed for them and apologize myself and not act as childish and immature as my child. Oh, that just makes me so mad!!!! :sad2:

Love the PP pics of Parker. He is such a cutie!

Hi...joining in. I love your tr's, been reading since before Parker was born, hes is a cutie. Im a Disney World girl, but Ive decided to go to Disneyland next July so ive been on those boards lately, but I still come back here to read yours, Glenbos, and a few others. :thumbsup2 great Job!!

love the pic of Parker in front of the monorail, the first one. The coloring is so nice in that. He is so cute

The pic of the whole family in front of the Ball would make a great Christmas Card :santa:

I can so relate to Mama Grizzly coming out. Us moms have to protect our little cubs :goodvibes

Getting a margarita was good idea. Glad it helped everyone mellow out

We saw the bridge raising for the first time in 08...so cool :thumbsup2

Hats off to Candi !!!! Judy would have let forth with a stream of inappropriate names that would have matched their inappropriate behavior and then proceeded to rip new ones for the mothers !!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I too saw the Bridge UP for the first time this year !!!:banana:

Too bad Candi had to deal with those rude people. I mean really!!!!
Looks like a nice cool drink turned around the day though.

Love the giggling TT video.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!?? Maybe you should have found security to shake things up a bit??

They use that bridge at night after closing to keep guests from galavanting all over WS. We got "stuck" at it last trip.

We encountered a couple of rude people (parents as well as their kids) when we were at Disney in April. One example was we were going into The Hall of Presidents and everyone was just sitting on the floor waiting for to be lined up to let in and this guy comes with his wife and two kids squeezing in between everyone. I looked at my husband in disgust and he said something out load about the place being huge inside and no need to push up front. But that happened to us numerous of times. That's the problem if the parents are like that the kids end up that way.

That Test Track video was so cute! I have never been on that attraction - maybe at our trip for Christmas.

I love your lessons learned because I agree with all of them :goodvibes

I enjoyed the video of Test Track.

What's wrong with people....putting their feet and everything all over your stroller? And the mother was no help at all. That would've sent my blood pressure through the roof in a second, and I'm sure Judy would've "lost it" on them too.

I'm glad the drink helped calm Candi down!
i cant see judy losing it, she seems to nice when we met her...but i guess that mama bear can rise up in anyone huh.

i love taking video on test track, one year i videod the whole ride, that was alot of fun, but jerky.

some people just have no common curtisy (wow is that spelled really wrong or what)

he loves them, you should have seen him when we recorded a copy of our trip to DVD he went nuts in the house when the trains and monorails came up.

nope it was just your average parents turning them loose not paying attention to them.

yep and cold beer.

it was pretty cool glad we saw it up close...i think i have seen it from across the WS but never that close.

So that was one of the best TR updates I've read today....LOL

i like that better nut instead of apple.

actually it is a fast pass location, we got one for later in the day to use.

i would like to see it raised up fromthe other side to see the stuff coming out and the underside of the bridge to see how it works...but i will have to try for that on another trip i guess.

well thanks and :welcome: glad you read along with us.
thats great glad to see they dont lose the love for those things when they get a little bigger.

she will love to hear that, that is one thing she is going to miss as he gets older wanting to cuddle up on her.

well if you are still upset about it I say you should have yourself a margarita to calm down, it worked for candi, and it can be an excuse for you to have one.:thumbsup2

that would stink getting stuck behind it, but how long did you wait around in WS to get stuck behind it? i thought they leave it out on the water for a while.

he would like toplay a game of nose grabbies with you, when he steals our noses he eats them.
:rotfl:

thanks, i do blame it almost all on the mother there, like you said she should have allowed them to do it anyway. :sad2:

some parents done realize that it reflects bad on them the things there kids do.

:welcome: thanks for picking out a few of us to read along with. its always nice to have people around who have read along with us on other reports for so long.

my memory of disneyland is very fuzzy was there when i was 8 dont remember too much, but we might wait till we are done having kids and they are grown up some more so they will remember it out there as well...since we are WDW people as well.

:laughing:then the headline for the next day would have read, later thrown on top of mexico pavilian takes workers 4 hours to remove underwear from buttcrack.
:rotfl2:

it is a cool site to see it raised up.

it sure did, good thing we got 2 of em, so we did not have to share.
:thumbsup2

i can always count on her giggles when she is riding that ride...i think i get another video of her giggling on it later in the day.

i dont think it would have even faised those people, they would have laughed it off.

really i didnt know they did that, are you sure it wasnt to bring stuff back infrom the show? seems kinda mean to do that, but i guess it does help clear them out.

everyone sits on the floor waiting for that one, nice cool air and it takes forever for the next show to begin...they might have been one of those people who has to rush to get in first then walk only half way down the isle and make others step over them.

i never got that,if you want to sit half way down, let people go in front of you and then when you go down the isle you will be about half way...

you will love test track it is alot of fun, and not scary at all if people inyour group have a fear of rollercoaster type rides.

i am sure you will agree with the ones coming up in the next chapter then, they are a some good ones.

Obnoxious teenagers.....:eek:Imagine that!!!! They are everywhere & I agree it has to do with the parenting. But, I gotta ask, just how comfortable could it be to hang & lay on one stroller?

Glad the margartias were so close by to help ease the pain!:lmao: I love that saying "I need a drink!" & have been known to use it on occasion myself. :drinking1

First off.. thanks on the exact, precise location of my Velcro froggies! That was very helpful! :rotfl2:

The bridge- yes, it was very intentionally left up. We waited by that sucker for half an hour for it to go down, but it was after midnight, and I think it was there to stay. Up. DANG- Foiled again.

:rotfl:

Can I have a daiquiri instead? I like them more.

We got stuck last year in June. We were in Italy and waited for the crowd to move on. My sister wanted to show us the grapes growing in the smoking section in Italy and she needed a smoke break too. So I guess we were there for a while or maybe they were in a rush to put it up.

So how do noses taste?

I would have lost it too! UGH! I'm glad the margarita helped.

CUTE photopass pics! That smurf blue looks darn good on everyone.

It drives me crazy the way some of these teens act now!
I had a similar experience as Club Cool-we went to a water park a few weeks ago and I wanted to relax in the lazy river. Well, I couldn't because there was a group of kids (not teens-younger) playing around on the inner tubes, jumping from one to another and pushing each other off the tubes. There were no adults anywhere! I was so aggravated!

Ugggg, I hate that! Or when they paddle as fast as they can and splash and bump into everyone in their path. Defeats the purpose of "lazy river."
