Sprint or Verizon?

Which one is better? My Dad says that Verizon is way to expensive, but I'm really afraid of switiching to sprint. So afraid that I'm actually really angry about it.


The phones at Sprint SUCK. I've wanted this one phone from Verizon ever since it came out, and my dad PROMISED I could get it in December, when my upgrade it.

But no. I can't. I have to get a stupid sprint phone that looks crappy, IS crappy, and is just retarded looking.

Im really mad.

I don't care what my phone looks like, personally. I just want it to do what I want it to do. I want a phone with a camera, texting capabilites (and no, that doesn't mean a keyboard), and the ability to act like a phone (ie: placing and receiving calls).

But service-wise, I'd take Verizon any day. And I'll be Verizon soon. They bought out Unicel.

i wasnt trying to argue or be rude. its just im used to verizon and the phone i have. sprint phones have weird screens that i dont know how to use.

and its not like the color, or how.."pretty" the phone is. its the quality. online, and my friend megan has sprint, and in person, the phone she has sucks.

it looks like junk online. my bad if i have an opinion?

No one said you couldn't have an opinion. The way you voiced the opinion was rude and disrespectful. Don't call a phone "retarded", just say you don't like the phones sprint has to offer.
Again, if you don't want to change to sprint, than I suggest paying for your own plan. Be thankful you have someone willing to pay for a plan and a quality phone.

My contract with Cingular runs out in December and I hope either the Sony Xperia1 or this is out for Cingular by then so I can renew and get a new phone with them.

But if your parents are paying for your phone, be thankful for it and just deal with it. No matter what it looks like or where it's from. Phones all do the same things, it doesn't matter how "cool" it looks.

She's like, 12ish. I really don't think she can pay for a plan just by babysitting for a few hours or something. She has to accept what she gets now, then do what she wants when she's capable of actually paying for it.

I have the Rumor by LG from Sprint. I love it. For me it's really easy to work with and I have unlimited texting.
