Spring Vacation Discount???

Hi All, not sure if this or the resorts board was the right place! Hubby and I are thinking about running away to a semi-last minute mid March trip. We want to book one of the super low Spring Vacation discounts but we also are trying to hold out making the decision to go as long as possible to figure out if it's really a good time to go with work. Does anyone know how fast these rates sell out? Thanks!
