from marlynnp's DD, my DS has rec'd wonderful SS packages. His last one had the coolest round chipboard album with Laffy Taffy as the packing material. The taffy is half gone. Some boy is going to have a tummy ache.

I got a great final package from Suzanne (NEE) in the mail! She made me a wonderful little WDW album that my DD is already picking out pictures for. She decided if she fills it, she can give it to me for Mother's Day. She's right it is a perfect Mother's Day present for me, I love it Suzanne. She also made me a tennis title, that I am planning on using on my son's end of year tennis page.

Also, thank you for the gift card. It was totally unnecessary, as the album is perfect!

I will try to get a picture of it this weekend.

Thank you for being such a great secret sister, I had a great three months.

That's not chipboard! Those are actually DVD's!!!

My husbands company discontinued a product and all the promo DVD's were to be destroyed. I modpodged paper onto them and punched holes in them ~ I doubt they'll play anymore.

lewdyan - I'm so glad you liked the book! And I'm glad I saved your daughter a shopping trip for your gift!

I got my final package today too from My Little Piglet! I got an adorable altered frame which I am totally going to try doing myself for future gifts. I also got a great selection of homemade cards in all sorts of themes - PERFECT for me because I always procrastinate too long to be able to make homemade cards myself. And finally an adorable exploding box in shades of pink. I already know what I'm going to do with it. It will be perfect for the dozens of photos I take of my best friend's little girl. Oh, and I almost forgot - a package of Mickey head pretzels fresh from Walt Disney World! A great little taste of the "world!"

I just gotthome from work. My DD called me after school and was very excited that her package had arrived.
She loves the Pluto paint can!!! She was, "Oh, mommy it's Pluto and it's heavy. I think there's something in it. Hold on we're opening it. Yay! There's a bunch of Jolly Ranchers inside!"

I received my final reveal package from her today! She is a VERY talented painter. She read that I LOVE Santas and painted a DARLING Santa on a large chipboard box for me (and neslted another box inside for me to decorate!) Love it!

And she also sent me a photo album that she painted the cover on-MY favorite colors too!

I received my SS package today. I received:

Season's Greetings Page Kit including title, brads, 2 photo mats, journal card, 2 embellishment stickers, frame and tag stickers.

Cookies Page Kit (gingerbread cookies design) including 4 photo mats, a journal card, file folder with insert, title, 2 parenthesis, 3 buttons, frames, and a smaller title.

3 altered paperclips with blue flowers

I like the cookie kit best. Just about every year, we have a gingerbread party at our house and several families come to decorate gingerbread houses. I think I will use the kit for this.

It turns out that my SS visits a town about 45 minutes away from me every year, so maybe we will actually meet.

I got a wonderful package from Kim- I love my paper bag album- I will use it for a quick weekend trip- maybe even the one this weekend. After all it is Sultan's first trip to the world. I also loved the file folders you sent along. Since I was home sick with a bug yesterday it was a wonderful treat to get the pick me up.

On the other hand I have been a bad SS- I have the package ready to mail before we leave for the world this evening but I had forgetten until today to mail it.
