Spring PIN offer??

What number do I call to check on a PIN? I just assumed I would get an e-mail if I had one.

I just signed up for the trip planning DVDs and saved dates. Is it still possible to get a pin for March? Or did they only send them last month?

I got a pin for that January-April time period and like a fool didn't take advantage because we just weren't sure. I hope I'm lucky enough to get another one now that we've decided we DO want to go.
