Spring into Summer Journaling Challenge

I can do fine on WW.....IF I JOURNAL!!!! But I'm really having trouble keeping at it.

So, I've decided to start a Journaling challenge! There are 108 days until the official start of summer. Yep, I thought about starting on 3/21 (1st day of Spring) or starting when we have 100 days to go, but WHY PROCRASTINATE!!!

So, If you want to join me, feel free! No clippie as I don't know how to make them, but if someone wants to, Please do!

I will record every day in my WISH Journal & update on here that I've done it.

Keep me honest & accountable all!!

I would love to join this journal challenge! I was so successful with WISH and journaling before. My excuse to stop journaling was that it was too much pressure to come here everyday and write and that I was so busy I didn't always have the time. What a bunch of bolgona I was feeling myself! I can make 5-15 minutes per day to come here and journal my feelings and keep track of what I am eating. I started on the March 5, the day Julie started this challenge. I posted yesterday and then again this morning.

I'm going to check out some of your journals and please stop by mine. Thanks for helping us to be accountable, Julie!
 
What a great idea!!! I've been journaling since June, but not as often as I should, so I love the idea of this challenge. My day 1 is today! I try to read other posts, so this will give me even more reason to comment on other WISH journals, as I hope you'll do on mine. Journaling really does make a difference!

I journal my food intake on Calorie King. I use the WISH journals for my thoughts and challenges, and victories too!
 
Day 3 is posted & I'm on to day 4.

Together we CAN & WILL do this!!

I've been very very good about posting and today is day 4 for me! I may not always be able to make a long post but as long as I get my food and exercise journaled, I feel like I have accomplished something good!
 
Day 2 of the challenge for me, and I've posted on my journal. Now if my exercise and food choices were also consistent, I'd literally be in good shape. I'll be posting on the other memmber's journals over the weekend when I have time to catch up. Keep on writing everyone!
 
Day 4 is posted. It was NOT a pretty day for food choices, but could have been much worse. I stayed w/in points, but all junk food. Hopefully it's out of my system!
 
Day for me posting! I'm on a roll. Not sure how well I will do with the weekend but I will try to make at least one post for both days.

Julie - I know what you mean about days when I don't make good food choices. Being too hungry or letting myself get too bored are usually the culprit. Today is new day and I'm sure you'll make better choices!

DisDee - I'm trying to be consistent with my healthy eating and exercise too. I tend to be such an all or nothing person. For instance last week I never made it to the gym at all and ate McDonalds the whole weekend. This week I'm eating healthy and I've been at the gym twice per day every day. I have to find some balance!
 
Day 3 for me. I hope to browse the WISH boards this weekend and play some catch up. I'll be checking in again.
 
Day 7 is DONE!!! I'll be checking up on everyone tomorrow sometime. This time change is kicking my rear!
 
Ok--I am going to go ahead and add my name to the challenge. I think being accountable, it makes a huge difference. SO, I only journal on the dis, and therefore it should be easy to do. Today is day one.
