Spent most of the last 2 days at Great Wolf Lodge, so lots of stair climbing and walking. I added 300 minutes for that, including my 45 minute walk this morning. I am at 1400/1300 ~ Goal!
Yesterday 15 min abs/waist, 20 min walk morning, 45 min walk evening. Today 15 min abs/waist & 30 min swim brings me to 1298/1600 - 81% That leaves me about 43 min/day to make goal before I leave. I CAN DO IT!!! I WILL DO IT!!!
I walked 35 minutes and did 20 minutes of strength training for a daily total of 55 minutes ~ new monthly total is 1145/1100. I have exceeded my monthly goal I'm reaching for the stars!
