23 - 15 min abs/waist, 20 min walk
24 - 15 min abs/waist, 75 min walk

Now at 1423/1600 - 88% only 177 minutes to go!
 
65 minutes today....1205/1200. Exceeded my goal! :)
 
Wednesday: 30 minutes

Thursday: 45 minutes

le sigh, at least I seem to be g r a d u a l l y getting my way back into it.
 

I'm at 794/900. I will actually make my goal for the month.
 
Good morning - I am adding 165 minutes for the last two days, thanks! Getting closer, but no way will I make this month's target! Oh well, better luck in June, I guess!! Keep up the good work everyone - and thanks onca again Dona for hosting!

I've been so busy this past week that I haven't been able to post daily or even every couple of days. I've done nothing but walking all week. So my total for the week is 150 which brings me to my goal. 600/600 :cool1:
 
Yesterday, I walked 90 minutes and strength trained for 20 minutes for a daily total of 110 :cool1: My new monthly total is 1255/1100:cool1:

I have a brother who has a career in the Marines and just returned from his third tour in Iraq. I am proud :hug: of his strength and courage to represent our freedom. This Memorial Day weekend, keep your loved ones close to your heart.

27 - 15 min walk

new total - 1608/1600!!!!
 
I added 90 for today bringing me to 884/900.
 
Now that school is out, I've been able to kick it into high gear... right now, I have 3110/3000 cardio minutes. :yay:
