Didn't get as much time at the gym yesterday....oh well, there's always today :)

Please add 35 minutes.

30 minutes of Curves and 15 mintues of running with the kids = 45 minutes so my new total is 165/600
 
Got 75 minutes in on the treadmill today. My new monthly total is 430/1200
 
90 mins cycling so thats240/800
 
5-8 curves 35

510/1000

I'm up to 442 (mostly walking w/some bike and swimming thrown in)
