Spring forward this weekend! Daylight saving time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday. Set your clocks ahead one hour.

That means one less hour until opening :thumbsup2

Now VMK will close at 10PM instead of 11PM here. I live in Arizona, I don't really need to care about Daylight Savings Time.

The time change isn't supposed to happen until 2am local time, as always, so I think you'll be good to go on the regular VMK times. :thumbsup2

On a related note, I am glad to see I am not the only one bitter over losing an hours sleep/an hours worth of paper writing. I love the extra sunlight, but this was not the weekend I needed to be losing an hour!

Arizona doesnt observe daylight savings time, raven means it is now back to a 10 close there. All during daylight savings time it was closing at 11 in Arizona :)

Heh, learn something new everyday. Somehow I vaguely remember something about AZ, but I suppose this duck's feather brain is too full of research paper stuff to hold anything else. :rotfl2:

In which case, sorry about the lost hour, Raven.

The following areas in the US do NOT observe Daylight Saving Time.

Arizona (except some Indian Reservations), Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

edit: Some individual counties may also not observe it.

The EU countries will observe it at end of March.

As referenced from about.com

Of all the things that threw me for a loop when I lived in the UK for a year, learning that the EU changed clocks on a different day than "back home" in the US was probably on the top of the list.

I always knew some places didn't change clocks, but I figured that those that do all do it on the same day. Finding out otherwise STILL boggles my mind!

:dance3: "It's 5 o'clock somewhere" :dance3:

setting the clocks ahead 1 hour Stinks, i miss that hour of sleep already. But it does make my trip to Disney a little bit closer.

I did not know you were changing time so soon but that is a good thing for me, more time to play VMK.
