Thank you again for the lovely gift. I was supposed to send my Masters project to my committee yesterday, but when I met with my mentor she told me that wasn't happening and I still needed to do a bunch of work. The problem is that with my department, I need to defend on Monday no matter what. I went home after the meeting to work on my project (and have a good cry). It was so nice to see a happy package waiting for me.

Yesterday was a snow day so after our free pancake lunch at IHOP I took the girls out shopping for this exchange. We did get some things, however their idea of Spring items and mine are totally different. I will go out later today and finish up and hopefully get them in the mail tomorrow after I survive the school Valentine's Day parties. This was a hard one to shop for as they don't have much out for Sprng yet, but we had fun. Hope everyone is keeping warm. Amy

Ryan got his today from Ashley! He got Skittles, reeses hearts , Sidewalk Chalk, a 7 piece outdoor toy set that has a parachute guy that he LOVES a jump rope 2 cars and a reeses egg all in a sand bucket (by the way I may be stealing that idea for the one Ryan is sending)

he is thrilled his sisters both had school valentines parties and came home with loot so he was THRILLED to have a package of his own
