Are the crowds during spring break just as bad in universal and seaworld as it is at Disney?

We're going during that time and from my experience, it is a good idea to plan for the worst. Nowhere gets as jammed as the Magic Kingdom but wisely use rope drop and evenings if you are staying offsite.

I was wondering the same, we are going April 3-10. I honestly wouldn't even consider it without EP.
