Spring Break

Can you tell me when most Spring Breaks are? We want to go when it's not that crowded. We went in May this past year and it was so hot! This year we'd like to when it's not in the upper 90s but warm enough to go to the water park.

This school year our spring break is April 5th through 9th.....I live in West Virginia
