I am not a writer like Delswife, but here goes the abbreviated version of our trip.

It was DD 17, DS 15, and DH and myself. After getting up at 4:30 AM and driving to Baltimore, we flew out of BWI on SouthWest Air Wednesday morning 4/7 at 8:55 AM. Arrived at MCO and met our driver Ricardo from FLTours. What a pleasant way to travel!

We arrived at All Star Movies. Our room wasn't ready yet so we checked our luggage and headed to EPCOT. Tried to get FP for Mission Space or Test Track but they were all gone. So we got lunch at the Electric Umbrella. It was packed and a mad house and I wondered if I had made a mistake travelling so close to Easter.

After lunch, we visited Journey to Imagination and Circle of Life while waiting for our FP for Honey I Shrunk the Audience. Then rode SpaceShip Earth with only a 10 minute wait. Things were improving. We did both sides of Innoventions. These have really been cut back in the amount of exhibits.

DS wanted to do a boat ride on the lagoon so we took one across to Morroco and visited there and France and watched street performers in the UK before our PS at Rose and Crown at 7:30. We were seated immediately outside on the patio without even asking. The food was great and it was so relaxing to have a front row seat for Illuminations. The show, of course, was excellent.

Earlier in the day, a CM told us that Test Track and Mission: Space would be open until 10. The kids dashed off from dinner to try to ride. DH and I weren't so sure we wanted to try it after such a large meal. After the kids rode once, walking right on, they called us on the cell phone and said we had to do it. DH and I rushed over and met them and rode it with them. I LOVED IT! No motion sickness at all. It was so cool. The only bad thing was it was 10 pm now and we couldn't stay and see the exhibits afterwards. We took a leisurly walk back to the buses and went to the hotel to find our room.

We were in Love Bug on the ground floor facing The Winner's Circle. A very good location and quiet too. It had been a very long day and time to go to bed.

Tomorrow - MGM.

Bravo!!!!

Encore!!!!!

(well you did stay at AS Movies!!!) :p

Glad you had fun! I've been wondering about Mission Space too but I guess I will try it, just make sure I look straight ahead and not close my eyes!

Man I wish Southwest Airlines flew out from this area! I want those cheap airfares to Orlando. That drive is going to be loooooonnnng!

Great report Carol! I'm glad you were able to ride Mission: Space and you liked it. Momster - I was worried about M:S too, but I rode it twice without any problems.

On to MGM!
