Spring Break List

I've been reading the posts to see who's spring breaks fall on which week to see how busy it will be when we are there. We picked the first week in April thinking we would beat the crowds as we always thought March was the busy season being that ours in March and school doesn't get out until June but now I am starting to wonder. . didn't realize the variety in dates for breaks and end of school. Anyone else curious?

NS - CND break March 13 -20 - school ends late June.

I teach, so we're going on my spring break which starts March 18 (well that's a Friday, but to me that's when it starts!) I teach at a year round school, so we get two weeks off....we go back April 4.

Our Spring break is the week of March 7-11, Katy ISD, near Houston TX

We planned our trip for the last week of April, the only crowds I am afraid of is the WDW Inline Marathon starting on April 30th.

I know that the North East and New England states are split between the last two weeks of April.

My daughter and I both teach in SC. She is out the last week in March and I am out the first week in April.

North Georgia spring Break is April 4-8

Our Spring break is April 25-29. Son and I are heading to WDW on the 22.

The last day of school is June 28.

We're in the Chicago area. The K-8 schools in our district are out March 25 - April 3. The high schools in our district are out March 28 - April 3. The high schools finish up the year on May 27. The K-8 finish up a week later. It doesn't look like we'll have any snow days to add on.

Our spring break in SE Washington is April 2 - 10. My sister, who lives in Ohio, has spring break March 26 - April 3.

Here in the Washington DC metroplitan area (Northern VA), most schools enjoy spring break from Saturday, March 19 through Sunday, March 27. That would include Good Friday, and March 27 is Easter, I believe.

Hi!
I'm a teacher and we get from Friday, March 25 through Tuesday, April 5. We have a long break this year with Easter and teacher institute tacked onto our regular spring break. I love it, though, because another teacher and I are going to Disney since we have so much time off!

We're north of Philly, PA, in Allentown, and the school district around here doesn't have a spring break, only Easter vacation, and that's March 25-28, same with my college. My college's spring break, however, is March 5-13 which is earlier than some breaks and we're hoping for lighter than what Easter crowds are. *crosses fingers and toes*

My son's last day before spring break is March 4th....
We are leaving on March 5th, which is his 7th birthday!!!!!!!!!

He has no idea we are going!

We are in Wilmington, NC.
His last day of school the Wednesday before Memorial Day.
