Spring Break crowds finally thinning...

We are arriving 29 April from the UK. Have most of the schools had their Spring Break by then?
Getting very excited.....!!!!

I too am hoping that the week of 4/23-4/29 is not too bad, but so many people are posting that they're going that week, I'm getting worried!

I know that a lot of the Northeast schools have break that week, but many of those also had a week long break in February - I know lots of folks from NY that went then. So I'm hoping that not as many travel at the end of this month!

We'll be there 4/16-4/23 which is Spring Break for Chicago Public Schools. Most schools around us have already had Spring Break so we're hoping for lower crowds. We'll see soon enough.

Based on what I have been reading about all the different area Soring Breaks.....I think next week and the week after will be similar. Probably busier than this week, though. Of course, I could be totally wrong!

We'll be there 4/20 to 4/26. I was reading the reports from last week and getting so nervous. Hope the crowds stay lighter over the next few weeks.

We were there from 4/2-4/10 and the parks were nuts. We had no choice in the dates - school band trip. Still, we had a great time.

Hopefully the crowds will be lower for those coming in the next few weeks, but if they are not, just go with it. You will still be in WDW.

I've been watching the MDE wait line app today and wait times have significantly improved. I wonder if crowds have thinned or if Disney realized their mistake cutting staff the last week and added more people to keep things moving?!? Either way, I hope this trend continues!!
May is the best time. The perfect time.

Every time I read about the last week in April being busy, I get nervous! That's when we are going! I know we will have a great trip no matter what, but I am starting to wonder just how busy I should expect it to be!! It shouldn't be as bad as the weeks surrounding Easter...right?
Northeast has off AND there is a cheer competition. I know a lot of teams are leaving for Disney next week

We just got back yesterday. Last Sat-Mon were still pretty crowded, but it got better later in the week. Of course, MK was the worst. Early in the week, we noticed a LOT of people from the UK. Later in the week, I heard more NJ, NY and New England residents. It is manageable if you have planned and don't go in without a plan.
