Spring Break Booking?

I haven't booked a package over Spring Break ever. We are looking at going a few days before 2016 Easter and there are no discounts available. Should I book now or wait?

The discounts for the early part of 2016 should be released in early October. If you are going to go regardless of whether or not there is a discount, then go ahead and book. If you will only go if there is a discount then wait to see if your dates are included. Just a warning, though, there is a good chance that the week before Easter will be a black out period for discounts.

I did get a discount this past Spring Break for the week before Easter. It was very limited. If you want to stay somewhere specific I would book now and try to transfer your rate if a special one comes out. Otherwise, wait and see. But don't wait too long! Spring Break is a busy time!

We booked this past Easter the Wednesday before easter through the Friday after. Discounts came out in late December, after Christmas. I only know this because we originally booked in mid-December at POR and then when discounts came out (per my emails around December 29th), we upgraded to WL.
