Spring Break Beach or Yacht?

So my gf and I are going to DSW for our spring break. We are in college and are either staying at the swan and dolphin or the beach and yacht club. If we do stay at the beach and yacht club (I have stayed there but not for quite a while) which of the two, beach or yacht, would you say to stay at?

Actually, I think either way you'll be good. Maybe I'll go with the YC because your will get a full size balcony. Both have access to Stromalong Bay and Beaches and cream. Both have excellent location. YC maybe a little quieter and soothing than BC

Depending on when your springbreak is, you are going to have a hard time finding availability at either resort. I snagged 3 nights at the beach on April 2 through the 5th. They were booked the week before. I keep trying for longer, but both beach and yacht are full.

Last Tuesday I booked March 20-27 at YC without a problem.

How does that happen??? I have been trying for a few weeks to get 3/26 to 4/5 and it says nothing is available. Should I try calling? I've just been checking the website.

We find YC to be quieter and as others mentioned there are full sized balconies.
