where you live, do you have to show your license just to buy spray paint?

Yeah we do they also keep it locked in a case at some stores.
It's to stop kids from stealing it and then huffing it.

No,you can just buy it at the store.It is usually just by the paint.
I haven't bought it before but,my parents have for stuff.
