Spray Fans

Can anyone tell me how much the spray fans are in the parks? I know I can get them at Walmart for $4.99, just wonder how much more they are in the parks.

I want to say they are in the $18-20 range. We broke down and bought one one year and it was well worth the money.

I have since stocked up on the ones from Walmart. Found them on clearance last year for $2.

Bring your own from walmart...and write your name on it. Our's "walked away" from our stroller while we were on a ride last year.

If you can find them, get the little "mini" misting fans. They're very small, have a carabiner clip, and work just great! You do have to fill them with water more often, but it's so much nicer than carrying a heavy, clunky regular-size spray fan! I feel like I carry too much as it is - the mini fans are great, just clip onto a belt loop, fanny pack, etc.

Got mine at Walmart last year - they're about $4 each, if I remember correctly!

Two years ago, they were $17.50. Highway robbery if you ask me, but worth it when it's hot! I said we would never buy one and ended up getting two the first hour of our week-long trip!

The one we bought last year at the park was $15. I checked out the two types they have at Wal Mart but they are no where near as sturdy as the ones from the park and I can see them breaking in no time. We hung ours from the stroller and it was banged around quite a bit, but I suppose if you get one from WM and carry it around without dropping it then it might last the trip. I was going to buy one before we flew in but I don't want to take up the room in our luggage, which might be a mistake. I read somewhere else that people were getting spray fans from Target so that might be a place to check out also.

I have been at 3 different Wal-Marts and none of them have the fans..go figure huh? It has been over 90 degrees for the past 4 days and boy could I ever use one...

The spray misters are in my Walmart in the Paint Dept! Go figure

Just last night I saw the spray bottle/fans at my food store (Giant). They only had four left and they were $9 each (on sale!). I got 3 of them in different colors so my kids remember whose is whose. They seem pretty sturdy. The brand is O2 Cool and the spray bottle has a wide opening for ICE which I will refill at the restaurants. If you can get them for $5, I would -that's cheap!! My kids saw them and love them!

When my brother bought one it was 18.50 ! It is very sturdy, but we bought one from Wal-mart for 4.99 and it works just as well. so I don't think the Disney one is worth the extra money.

Walmart had both the small and bigger sized misting fans a couple of days ago. Both were reasonably priced.

Yesterday I found misting fans at Walmart for $1.00! Can't beat that!
