Thanks for the great map! OP here. I have two boys who will be 4 and 7. I know there are things like seeing Tink fly and the Celebrate show that would be cool, but I really don't know how much they would appreciate them compared to it being really crazy crowded (which would cause Mom some stress!)

. I think given their ages, the late parade is out. We are pretty firm on 8pm bedtime at home, so even with an "early" Wishes at 9pm, we're not likely to get back to the hotel and sleep until at least 10:30-11:00. I think they'll be asleep if we try for the second parade (or so cranky we'll leave before the parade even starts!).
I think the MSEP fastpass makes the most sense for us and is a good compromise. Somewhat relaxed during the parade and good view, view of the castle and Celebrate the Magic, and somewhat obstructed/too close view of the fireworks. And we'll have a "spot" without having to bruise anyone's ankles with the stroller.
