No one is saying that's a defense or that what happened is right. It's a matter of WHO did it, WHO knew about it and HOW/WHEN did it happen.

When one keeps posting proof they would have "one" anyway, they don't seem at all interested in determining if cheating took place.

But as more comes out, you seem to be turning the corner. That deserves credit.

Okay so what has "come out" that is factual? The balls lost air - fact, what else? Who - when - where - how? It's like a game of Clue? Was it Brady in the locker room with a needle or was it Belichik in the office with a syringe - ooh maybe it was Stork on the sidelines & he sat on them - yep that's it.

I can't deny the fact the balls were underinflated, per the league specs. HOW they got that way is the million dollar question. Honestly, if Belichick gave the order or Brady gave the order, it still wouldn't bother me. They're my home team and I'll still like them. If it was Manning or Harbaugh or Rex Ryan, I'd call for their heads! This will have little to no impact on Pats fans.

Brady and Belichick are already labeled in the league. IF they had any part of it, it won't change anything for either one of them, other than giving those that already hate them something else to reference in the future.

If found guilty of knowledge or direct involvement of altering the balls? Fines and loss of draft picks. I think the fine will be steep (so the league can try to show the general public "they mean business").

What do I think the NFL will do? Basically, nothing. Probably a fine and maybe a draft pick or two will be taken. Ultimately, who gives a rat's behind which is why the teams keep on cheating.

What I'd like to see happen is that Belicheat is suspended for a year. That'll never happen tho.
