Spoodles Question?

I know there is a restaurant (other the Jiko) where you can sit at a counter and you can watch the chefs cook. I thought it was Spoodles but it may be Flying Fish. Or it just may be somewhere else.

Anyone know?

I don't know about Spoodles or Flying Fish but you can do that at California Grill.

Flying Fish has an open grill kitchen with seating in front of it.

Spoodles has on open kitchen, which is in plain view, but I don't believe there are any seats directly in front of it.
P.S.- They were extremely generous with the dining plan here, our server added extras onto everything!
