Spoodles Pizza Window not on DDP?

Just got back and tried to get pizza as a counter service but the CM said they were not on the plan. I paid OOP since we had already ordered and were starving. When I went back to our hotel I checked the list and it was on there. Anyone else have this problem?

my DH JUST walked in the room with pizza and salads from the Spoodles window and he used the Dining plan counter service......didn't get dessert and can't remember if it was offered because we didn't want any- but got a large drink, a huge salad, and a huge slice of cheese or peperoni pizza (its good, but too hot to eat!)....

Yes, the pizza is available

with a cs credit you get

a slice
salad or cheesecake
drink

you can't use two to get a whole pie as someone was able to do at one time.
