Sponsor icon?

As posted on the Sponsor board:

I wonder if we can get a choice of a smaller sponsor icon? I removed mine because it's so LARGE, but I'd really like to have *something* because it's a good reminder to others about the site sponsorship program. I think it's a worthy cause so I want to do my part to advertise. Any suggestions or ideas?

I guess I need to put my icon back on in the meantime, though. Can someone please help me with that?
