Spolier Page

I am playing the game for the car. Once I go to the Shipwrech place and the next thing it says is to get the gem for the blue suit. Where do you get it?
As i move farther in I will have more questions. If you have a question post here to probably get your answer

PS- I will be changing this to be a spoiler so if you know how to complete one of the quests pm me.
