How far ahead did you make the reservation for the shack?

I did a polar patio last month and made the reservations about 2+ months in advance. (you have to pay up front)

Ended up they had plenty of open patios when I got there so I didn't have to but it's probably better to be safe than sorry.

I did mine just over 2 months out. I expect last minute availability depends on the season.

I love this idea!! I have noticed that some of our local water parks are beginning to do something similar, although on a smaller scale. I had a bad run-in with skin cancer this year, and after that surgery, I now have to be sun free. My kids call me the vampire! I hate having to struggle to find shady seats, so this would be worth every penny for me!

My kids might get strange looks wearing the full length sun shirts & tights, but I know better than to put our pasty white skin out in the sun all day, even with maxed out sun screen!
