Splitting stay

I know this question has been asked a zillion times but here it goes...

I am already planning my trip for 2005 with my son (who will be 4 at that time) and I want to stay at All Stars Movie (for him) and another deluxe hotel for myself...

I am only planning on visiting 2 parks and a water park and just spend some time around the resort swimming and such.

How is it splitting your stay?? I was thinking about the AKL or CRB. I want a resort with lots to do and not much of a hassle with transportation. Thanks so much.

We are splitting our stay this year between POR and AKL, as we did last year with POR & WL. We have 3 kids, but it wasnt a pain in the neck to move in the middle of the week. I used the day before we switched hotels as our "rest day" and I packed what i knew we'd need for the rest of the week, packed our car with the rest of our "junk" and extra clothes that I knew we wouldnt need and we showed up at our 2nd hotel with way less luggage. It worked fine. We'll be trying AKL for the first time in April, I can't wait!!! Happy Planning!
