splitting meals on DD plan

DH and I heading down in feb for a kid free trip. We will be using the DD plan and was wondering if their still good about splitting meals for table service. Obviously not the buffets but the other ones

I haven't read that anything has changed with regard to meal sharing at WDW over the years. Whatever was still is.

The two of you will be able to share except at buffets, all you care to eat family style meals, CRT, dinner shows, and the skillet at Whispering Canyon Cafe. There have been reports that Beaches & Cream will not let you share when using the DDP. Via Napoli may or may not let you share - it seems to be inconsistent.

I'm not sure if it is inconsistent so much as, at Via Napoli, there are certain menu choices that are per-person rather than per entree.
