Splitting a table service meal....

Jiko - Chicken
Beaches & Cream - Chicken Sandwich and Onion Rings
LeCellier - Chicken
Mama Melrose - Steak Gorgonzola

Those are all that I can think of. My run on chicken was because when I was pregnant at Disney I couldn't eat steak without getting sick. I have nothing against red meat - the baby did (and he still does now that he's born)

Thanks so much! At least you ate healthy while you were pregnant. When I was pregnant with Jake, I had to have at least one frosty from Wendy's every single day!

Hi
My DD and I split the eggplant dish at Tony's in the MK. I love eggplant, but this dish wasn't that good. We had no problem splitting it. The waiter gave us an extra plate.

Thanks! We want to eat at a few table service restaurants on our trip coming up, but don't want to break the bank.

The Cobb Salad at The Brown Derby! It is an appetizer that is large enough for two, and then some!

San Angel Inn-- a combination type plate (not enough to share with a large eater though moderate eater yes)
Teppan Edo-steak & chicken (again not for large eaters)

We plan to go to Fultons. My four year olds would want to have the chowder, but could never eat a whole one each. Nor, would they share from the same bowl!! Oh, I could just hear it now. Would it be ok to ask for an extra cup, or do you think they will frown upon it?

Lauren Elizabeth,
I was the same way when I was pregnant! I was SO sick:sick: , actually only gained about 2 pounds during the pregnancy and was thinner when he was born than when I started, but the ONLY thing that ever sounded good to me was fresh fruit (which was hard to come by in the winter) and Frosty's!! At the time, my husband was into karate, and every time he would go to a class or workout, I would ask him to stop and pick one up for me!
I didn't really care for frosty's before being pregnant and really don't care much about them since being pregnant... but boy... it sure was good for those months!! :thumbsup2
It's just interesting to see another person with the same craving. Maybe it's a common one, but I have never heard of anyone else that I know who craved those...

Sorry I'm so off topic! :rolleyes1

Dee (heading to WDW in 20 days!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: )

We have split so many meals at so many places that I can't remember what they were. It always was a great decision, I can say!

Just ask for an empty bowl and pour some into it from the full bowl. I have done that plenty of times, not because I mind sharing the bowl with my kids, but because soup isn't one of those that is easy to do if it's in the middle of the table, lol. We share plenty of meals, because we're not big eaters but even when the portions are small we tend to all share meals just so we can each try what the other orders, lol. And we tend to coordinate so that we have 3 different entrees to try.
