Yes, here's the bad report of Splitsville. We had reserved July 29th DVC Party through member services at the end of June. Received a confirmation number over the phone. Ourselves and another family arrived 15 minutes early. They did not have us on their list. They could not even look up the reservation number. We all sat around 45 minutes to see if there would be any no shows. Didn't happen of course. Told we could make a reservation to come back and bowl another day. Seriously wondering if the teenagers checking people in were running the place too. Disney's coordination with 3rd party vendors is dropping the ball.

Since Splitsville is a DVC paid event the problem is between DVC and Splitsville, not Disney per se. Did you contact MS or management?

I'll be at Disney in less than 2 weeks and was wanting to try the DVC night at Splitsville, but I haven't called to make the reservation yet, as I am currently in South America at my husband's work site. I hope that it is better organized than when you went. Were all the lanes reserved for DVC members or did they only have a select number of lanes reserved and the rest for public use? I hope you were able to receive a full refund at the very least.

We went on July 15 and had a great experience. I'm sorry this happened to you.

When we went, the reserved DVC lanes were the lanes upstairs. General public bowling was downstairs. The food was decent, bowling was fun, we all received free socks and my son got a free gift from the pro shop. They give away one gift from the pro shop per party. I would do it again. My kids really enjoyed it.

We were there with a large party, about 15 people, over MLK weekend this past year. The hostesses were very rude and made comments under their breath about our party at check-in. Then we wanted to put a few tables together because they wanted to sit us at two tables. They told us they couldn't do that so we waited until they left and put the tables together ourselves. The server was much better in terms of attitude than the hostesses. We have crossed Splitsville off our list of non-park activities.

since MS was already closed by the time we arrived for our reservation at Splitsville we had to wait until the next day to call. They would not call since it was a MS issue. Of course I had the reservation number in My Disney Experience and it deletes off at midnight. So when I tried to call the next morning, the reservation number was gone. I have since talked with MS. Of course with parties only being once a week, there is no option to reschedule.

I would let DVC Member Satisfaction (NOT MS) know about the problem. Not that they can fix it for you, but without your feedback others are going to have the same disappointment. There is an obvious disconnect somewhere between DVC and Splitsville.

How would you get in touch with them. I see nothing on the DVC website.
