we are getting a 6 day pass and I was wondering if you all had preferences/reasons for doing all 6 days one after another or taking a break in between (we want to do 2 days in San Diego anyway so we could do that in between or wait till after DL)

thanks!

I would split it up definitely. When we take 5 day or more trips to DLR, we always have an off day or 2 in the middle to see other sights in the area. DLR is quite small, and I think 6 days in a row will feel like too much of the same thing. After a day or 2 away you'll be dying to go back though:thumbsup2.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing for our family's trip in September, so I'll be curious to see the responses you get.

Currently, I'm considering doing a Tue/Wed/Thurs one week, then spend Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon doing other stuff (but we have family/friends we can go visit in Ventura - our hometown - during those 4 days, so it's really easy for us to kill that much time), and then the Tue/Wed/Thurs of the following week as well.

We usually go to the parks for 5 days at a time, and we almost always feel like we could go again for another 5 days straight, lol. So it's not a matter of not wanting to get burnt out for us...it's just a matter of wanting to only visit on the least busy days of the week, while still getting to go for 6 days.

The key is to finish your trip at DL.

I agree finish at dl. If you want to do the others anyway do it in the middle . For the other person....breaks are nice in.between. Pool day or beach day :)

I agree. We are doing 2 1/2 days at DL, then Seaworld, and then 2 days at DL again. End it on a high note at all costs! :D

thanks! We have decided to do 2-3 days at Disney and then 2 days at Sea World and then back to Disney for the remaining 3-4 days (can't figure out where to place that one day!)
then, the day we're leaving, we'll spend some time in DTD before leaving.
