I currently booked an Oct trip, 2 rooms at Pop with f/d. The last night of our stay I am hoping to go to MNSSHP and it occurred to me it might be worth looking into trying to get 2 rooms at Poly so we are closer to MK that day. Obviously I need to see whether I can even modify the Pop and drop a day because if I cannot without keep f/d its not worth it. If I could actually book the 2 Poly rooms, does it mean my f/d goes from 4 to 3 days since now I only booked 3 nights at Pop? My guess is yes but I wanted to double check.

They would be separate reservations, so if you drop a night at POP, your FD credits will get reduced by one night (dining credits are tied to the number of nights booked- not the number of days). If there are rooms available at Poly with the fd, you could book them. Note that the fd deal at POP is the QS plan, while at the Poly is is the standard dining plan.

I don't think you can add free dining at the Poly for only 1 night. I believe you would need a free dining "package" and isn't that a 3 night stay minimum?
