Split Stay question

We will be doing a split stay poly/BLT for our upcoming trip. The day of the switch may end up being a pool day, however I was considering checking into our second hotel first thing in the morning and then going back to the poly to hang out by the pool.

I know that pool privileges include the day you check out, but does checking into a second resort negate that?

I'm interested in the answer to this too. Since one now needs to scan a magic band to access the Poly pool, would checking in at BLT cause the scan to reject entrance at the Poly pool?

No it doesn't, not officially, barring something going wrong with the IT system which coudl definitely happen.

You have to check out of the first resort before you can check into the second. Just do online check in at BLT and give your arrival time as the morning. Once your room is ready you'll get a text or email.

Once you check out of the Polynesian, you might not be able to use the magic band to enter the pool.
