I have a friend who asked me a question about a split stay. I'm fairly sure I know the answer, but just want to double check.

Their stay is at two different resorts. Is there any reason to link your reservations? I'm thinking the only reason is to avoid moving rooms, but am I missing something. I haven't been feeling well, so my brain isn't on fully and I want to make sure I'm giving the correct information.

I don't see any reason to link them since they are 2 seperate resorts. I've only linked if I added on a day early, and hope to keep the same room staying at the same resort.

You are correct (as is the pp) that the only reason to link 2 reservations is if it's at the same resort and you don't want to change rooms or you are traveling with another party and want rooms next to or close by each other. Otherwise it's not necessary when staying at 2 different resorts.

Thanks! That's what I thought, but my head is a little foggy so I thought I should just make sure.
