Split stay - POP to Swan

If we do a POP/Swan split stay, will POP send our luggage to Swan for us?

Also, I’ve never done a split stay luggage transfer before. Will the luggage be put into our room at Swan, or does it go to Bell Services and we need to ask for it to be delivered?

The only time Luggage is supposed to be put in your room is an DME Delivery which the Swan does not participate in. You will need to call for it and tip when it is delivered.

Yes. But it won't get to the Swan until probably some time after four.
