Split stay moving day?

We are doing a split stay in September with Beach Club and AKL. I thought there would be a MNSSHP party on Sunday the 13th but for some reason there is not. So we have to attend the party on Tuesday which is the day we check out of Beach Club and move to AKL. I'm not worried about checking in early at AKL, the luggage is the problem. I hear it be can hours after you check in. I want to make sure I have my luggage before we go to the Halloween party. So i was thinking of taking a cab with some of my luggage between the two resorts to avoid any worrying.
Does anyone have an estimate of what a cab would be between the two resorts, or any other ideas on what to do?

How do you know there's no party that night.? I haven't seen the schedule out for 2015

You are correct that the party schedule hasn't been released, but looking on the Sept calendar most are assuming that the nights the MK closes at 7 PM will be party nights with the exception of Sept 11 & 12 which are the already announced Nights of Joy:
