Split Stay ME Question - Rec'd TWO ME packages

Im doing a split stay this September - one night room only at AKL and the remaining 7 nights at Poly. I explained all this to the CL CM's at the Poly and they set up my ME reservation for me.

Now I have received TWO ME packages. One that has all my flight information in it but references AKL for the whole stay and a second ME package that reference the Poly for the whole stay but has no flight information...

So my question is do I need to use both voucher booklets? When I get to MCO I would use the voucher that says AKL on it and when I depart Poly I use the ones with Poly on it? If so, do I need to call magical express and make sure they have my return flight information to tag onto my Poly vouchers?

(just a side note the luggage tags we're not using so we have that figured out just want to know about the vouchers that are scanned as you get on the ME bus)

On your arrival day, use the voucher from the booklet for the resort you are going to on that day.

An odd glitch in the system is that every DME reservation (even a 1-way reservation) generates a complete DME packet, even if you don't need it all.

Use the one for the Poly stay. This past May we did a split stay at AKL then CSR. I used the voucher for the AKL stay on arrival and the CSR one for departure. The only difference was that my AKL packet had my arrival flight info on it, but nothing for departure, whereas the CSR packet had info for my departing flight, but nothing for arrival. If yours doesn't you might want to call and verify it. The Magic Express guest services number is: 866-599-0951.

As noted already, use the AKL voucher upon arrival at MCO, for your ride to AKL. If you don't see flight info listed on the Polynesian pages, you are going to need to get that info to DME...you can do that right at the Polynesian. Then, the day before you checkout, you will get a notification, left in your room, giving you your pickup time for DME the following day. Bring this to the bus with you. I use that letter rather than the vouchers in the packet. The DME letter usually has the most current info on it.

Last Dec, I changed resorts 5 times (in a two week period). I had 5 different DME packets!! Only needed two.threw the others out.
