Split Stay/Free Dining

Here is what we want to do:

10 day trip during free dining (already booked CBR).
4 day trip with 40% booking code (same resort).

Can we do this and still get our keys to the kingdom the day we arrive no matter what order we book it in? What we really want is to stay in the same room for the 14 days and to use our 10 day tickets over the 14 day stay not just during the 10 day stay. Will our free dining expire as well or will we be able to use our credits over the 14 day stay and pay OOP when we want?

First, since you are new I will tell you that this forum is about hotels off site, not Disney resorts. There is separate forum for that.
However, I know the answer to your question. In order to book free dining, you have to also buy tickets. So, you need to book the free dining first( so you will have tickets to use), then ask them to add on 4 more nights of a room only with your 40% off code and link the reservation so you have a chance of staying in the same room( not guaranteed).
