Split-Stay & Dinning Plan

I am thinking about doing a split stay. How would that work with the dining plan?

Say we stay at Pop Century for 4 nights and then move over to the Polynesian for another 4 days.

I assume that our credits for the Pop Century portion of our trip would expire at the end of the day that we check out of Pop? Or would I be able to use say snack credits later in the trip?

ALL credits expire at midnight of the day you check out. If you get the DDP for both sides of the split stay, you also have to use ALL credits from first stay before second stay credits kick on for that middle day.

That is kind of what I was figuring. I was trying to have wishful thinking I guess. Table service would be ok I think but snack and counter service might get hairy.
