Split stay BC & I Drive, so confused!

Everyone suffers jet lag with varying degrees, being self employed means every day I have off work I don't earn any money so almsot with exception I land back one day and go back to work at 3:30am the next morning. My Wife goes back to work and Son back to school the same, we just get on with it.
We used to land back home then goto bed for 3-4 hours, thats when jet lag really hit us, we now stay awake all day (after getting as much sleep as poss on the plane) and goto bed a little earlier. Doesn't seem to be as bad that way.

Same here Wayne. DH goes back to work the very next day. We normally get back 2 days before school starts so the boys get some time to get over the jet lag before school starts and it depends on how much annual leave I have left from work as to whether or not I have the luxury of an additional day before I go back to work.

I would also vote for the YC/BC. We are going back to the YC this coming trip. The convenience of being able to walk to DHS and EPCOT just clinch it for us, especially as the majority of our dinner TS meals are at EPCOT

We usually land back on a Sunday morning and I'm in work on the Monday morning. I take an hours power nap when we get home if it's before 11... if we don't get through the door until after that time then I suck it up and keep going until I hit that wall!

We stay awake the day we arrive home and go to bed early . Then we get on with life. It takes a few days to get the body clock back to normal but it is not really a problem .:)

We usually fly out Friday land Saturday morning and back to work Monday however we do it more for DD who is nearly 4. We have landed and gone back to work the next day no problem :goodvibes

I can't sleep on the plane so I drive home and then we have lunch - after lunch I usually have an hours sleep. DD & DH stay up however if I don't go to bed I literally end up passing out

Thank you everyone. We're 99% sure we are going to choose YC and we've decided our dates. Just seen the thread about booking Disney via quidco so I'm going to look into this as I've never used quidco before.
And Wayne, Beeston is definitely posh! Haha.

I booked with Complete Orlando for this year as they were quite a bit cheaper than Disney plus no messing with discounts and giftcards, they just give you it all in discounts upfront but they are only quoting upto 11 months in advance just now.

I looked on Complete Orlando and Disney on Wednesday night for YC (9nights) and Disney was £45 cheaper than CO and we'd get the gift card too.
21st - 30th:
Disney £2578
CO £2623
