Split stay and upgraded MagicBand

Hi,

I have by mistake order standard magic band for our incoming stay in July. But fortunately, we have a split stay, so I guess I can order the upgraded ones for the second stay. However, in MDE, I cannot order them... In my plans, it is written that the magic bands will be waiting for me at the resort (the standards one), but I would like to order those for our second part of our stay, but impossible....

Even if I go in the Magic Band section, I can only see my current MB, but not oder new ones...

Can anyone help me ?

Are you staying at two different resorts?

You could try erasing cookies are going into Incognito or Private browsing. Sometimes that works to get to where you want to go.

I have a 3 way split coming up in July & was able to order the upgraded bands for each stay. In fact, that was the only way I got any of the bands we wanted. When a “good” band was available, I’d get that one & just order plain ones for the others. It was a long process, though, having to check almost daily for availability. It sounds like you may need to call () to order. Good luck!
