Split stay and DME

Hi I am considering a split stay. First part off site and second part at POP.
Can I arrange DME from POP back to the airport even though I obviously wouldn't have used it from the airport.
If I can't use DME does anyone know how much a cab or mears shuttle is to the airport from POP?

Not an issue. On-property guests are entitled to a roundtrip on DME during their on-property stay. There is no requirement that you use both legs. Do be sure to register your departing time (Disney-MCO) so that you have a reservation on the bus. Walk-ups from Disney to MCO will not be accommodated.

Note that everyone in the room must be on the reservation to be entitled to use ME.

Make your reservation as soon as possible after arrival in Orlando but at least 2 days before checkout if at all possible.

As with all DME trips back to the airport, it is crucial that you are at the platform ready to board the bus 15 minutes before the time on your reservation paper. We suggest that if you are going to a park that last day, that you shoot for being back at your resort an hour before the bus time.

You can add your one way DME now if you have your Pop reservation. They have no problem entering DME information for just one way. You'll need to double check the information they leave on your door the day before departure, but we all have to do that.

Good to know I will be able to use DME one way - that will save me a few $$! (Which is obviously the aim of the split stay!)

We've done it and it's no problem. You'll just get extra vouchers which you'll throw away.
