No. Each is a separate reservation and a separate account.
Any meals from the first hotel which are not used up my midnight of the day of checkout are lost. No meals can be "borrowed" from the second resort.
The only (sort of) exception is the day when you change resorts after you have checked in at the second resort. At that time you will have two different valid resort IDs and can use either.
The complicating factor is the package rules. Let's say you have four nights in one resort and three in the other. Technically you will be in for seven nights/eight days. If you wanted the package for both, you would have four nights/five days for one and three nights/four days for the other; this can be a killer.
The thing to do is get a package for your first hotel, with a seven or eight day pass and dining for length of stay (at that hotel) and room only at the second hotel.
