Split Say and Discount Voucher

I have a split stay reservation with the second half being a Package and the first half a room only reservation. I think I know what the answer is going to be to this question, but I wanted to float it out there anyway to get the groups feedback. I searched the forum and I found some discussions on the topic, but not to the exact scenario I am facing. Here’s my question. Has anyone been able to use the DisneyQuest or Mini Golf vouchers prior to their package start date? I was hoping to use them the day before my package started. I’m just not sure if having a room only reservation when I try to use the voucher would be enough to get past the package dates on the vouchers.

I haven't read any posts here from guests being able to use the package vouchers earlier than the printed dates. Sorry.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but wondering if anyone has any insight on if my plan will work.

We have a late night arrival on Feb 20th with room-only stay ay AoA.

Package stay at CBR starts 21st.

Planned on leaving AoA mid-morning on 21st and going to DisneyQuest using the vouchers from Mickey Mail. Then after DisneyQuest, heading over to next resort to check in.

I understand package dates are printed in the vouchers and that they scan MB upon redeeming the vouchers for tickets. With the scan of the MB I'm wondering if the vouchers will still work if we haven't yet checked in at our package resort?

Or do we need to try to get from AoA to CBR to check in first? Would rather not have to waste the extra travel time doing that :-(
