Split Reservation ticket question

We are staying one night in GF, then the remaining five in a different GF unit (due to availability using DVC points). Its actually two reservation numbers, and Disney says we are getting two sets of Magic Bands. So how do we know which band to link tickets to, or do they get linked to both? Do we do this, or does Disney, when they are purchased online? Same question for fastpass+ reservations? Thanks in advance!

Both bands are linked to your MDE account and can be used interchangeably. You just need to link your tickets to your MDE account.
