I see a lot of posts talking about split stats between 2 different resorts. My question is when moving from one to the other, how and who moves the possessions? Luggage, groceries, etc.

It's actually quite easy. You call bell services to pick up your luggage, or you drop it off there as you leave the resort. You go do what you want and then head over to the next resort to check in. On our last split stay, we called the night before when staying in the THV. Bell services was there at 7:00. We left for EMH. Spent the morning in Epcot and had lunch. Walked over to BCV in the early afternoon. Had packed a bag with our swimsuits. Changed and swam for an hour before we got the text that our new room was ready. We love the resorts almost as much as the parks, so we do split stays frequently. This upcoming trip, we will hit the parks more when staying at VWL, and then head over to AKV for some park/relaxation time. They really do make it easy for you. I know some people don't like to repack, but we don't find it a problem. We pack less because we stay in villas with laundry. Wash what we wore and pack it straight back into our suitcases, so switching is not a big deal to us. It also makes our room more organized and neater.

Disney will do it but we did not like it as we had our nest made and then had to put all back in suitcases for most part and al the hair bathroom stuff and then get settled again but that is our opinion of it as a LOT of people apparently like doing that. we like to go stay two weeks and then try something new maybe the following year. although we been pretty comfy at POP for three years now

You don't have to unpack everything, just unpack what you will wear on the first resort so you don't have to do a lot of packing when you move to the next resort.

When we do split, we don't even bother unpacking. There's nothing in the luggage that I'm worried it's going to get wrinkled. They are just t-shirt and shorts. All we have to do is pack up the toiletries and our shoes.

They will do the moving for you. You won't get your bags until later in the afternoon. You can go to the park first and check in later at 3 or 4. There's really nothing to it.

Sounds pretty easy. We would be staying at the villas as well. What about the groceries?
