Split bathrooms

Put me in the love category. I like the tub, though, if I remember correctly, the Wish had a shower not tub? and with a glass door - I hate those. I much prefer the DCL ones over Royal Celebrity with their tiny showers.

We sailed NCL this summer and that shower was pitiful. I was constantly banging my elbows. I thought I would have a lot of negative comparisons to DCL but I really only had a few...and the shower size was top of the list!

We really like them. He puts his stuff in the shower room, and I put my stuff in the other one which helps with organization and having two rooms seems to provide more storage space. It's also very handy when getting ready in the morning; we just swap rooms midway through morning prep. We find that rooms at Disney hotels are similarly useful when they have sinks outside of the room that has the tub and toilet. Not quite the same as the split bathroom, but conceptually the same in that it's intended for multiple people to get ready simultaneously which I appreciate.

Don't care for them at all. Give me a one larger bathroom with all my stuff in it. If it's such a good idea why aren't more cruise lines doing it? I was hoping the Wish didn't have the split bathroom but it does.

No other cruise lines cater to families like Disney does. Others just tolerate children; some ban them entirely.

As a family of four, with our kids being young adults, that frequently cruises together, we like the split bathrooms. Allows a couple of us to get ready at once.
