Splash Mountain not opening as scheduled?

I had a Fastpass + scheduled for Saturday, March 22. We are flying out tomorrow so I was making one last look at all of my reservations. My Splash Mountain Fastpass was GONE! Replaced with Big Thunder Mountain railroad 5 hours later! I called Disney and she said it had been "auto re-booked" by them, and that Splash Mountain would not be open on March 22.

Has anyone else had this happen?? Disappointed! That is our last day!

Auto rebooked? Sorry I know nothing about a delayed re opening for Splash, but with this wonderful new online PLUS / improved way of doing things, how hard would it have been to send an auto email 24 hours before to give you the option of changing it yourself to what you want and the time you want it at??!!!

I would assume he can still change it, but I agree an automated email would be nice

Well darn. I was going to go to the MK at rope drop before we fly out that morning, just to ride Splash Mountain. This is very disappointing.

That's weird...when is it reopening? Just checked my own FP reservations, the FP for March 23 is still there. I am scared now!

Agree!!!! So irritating. We are planning to hop to Epcot. So giving us the fastpass time of 6pm. wasn't helpful at all. I'm glad I noticed now, and can change it. The CM was a bit snippy with me on the phone too. I'm not having a very magical day on their super duper website. Now it has dropped ME from all of the fastpasses, says they are for 4, my husband and children, but not me. They had a glitch the other day, hoping it will fix itself soon. I will call, again, if it doesn't fix itself.

I'm here tonight and ask 2 CMs when it would reopen (they've refilled it and been running boats all evening), the first said Friday 21, but when I went to change FP, it said closed. Asked another CM, he said Saturday 22nd.

I was just coming on the boards to check on closed rides since every time I look at wait times this ride said closed. We have a FP for the beginning of April so hoping it's ready by then!

I can't find anywhere online that mentions an extension for the rehab. Perhaps Disney have not updated this on record yet anywhere. Here's hoping it's open for your trip. I can't even see anywhere that suggests the opening date has been delayed.
